Hello from Italy

Hello from Italy! I am a Vespa/Lambretta/BMW rider, but I have one specific, simple, need: I would like someone to point me in the right direction for identifying the moped in the picture I'm attaching . It was taken in the late forties/early fifties in Goteborg (Sweden), my town of birth. It shows an Italian immigrant proudly sitting on his recently acquired bike.

Looked closer at your picture. Not that I know for sure! But looks a lot like the original Russian engine. But the transmission and exhaust are not. Might be a conglomeration of parts?
