Head bolts striped

My 80 cc motor had head bolts striped t tried to put a helicoil .but didn't work so I tried to tap but it didn't work so I filled the holes with jb weld and tried to re drill holes but still wouldn't tighten up what now
 
WOW ya really blew that one, Hogged it out pretty good did ya
Clean off that JB weld and Hog out that hole one more time to prep it for AlumaWeld solder
Fill the hole with AlumiWeld solder, resurface and drill and tap new threads.

But maybe ya should just but a new Engine, since ya couldn't put in a Helicoil
