I don't know about Harbor Freight's but I hate parking lot sales. What I generally find is old junk they can't sale inside and drag it outside so you can dig through it in the hot sun. When they can't sell it outside then they drag it back inside and repeat the next whenever. I feel sorry for the guys/gals that have to drag this stuff around.
