Is it legal for them to use the bike lane. A lady pulled out of a trailer park into the bike lane right in front of me when I was going about 20. She never even looked to see if anything was coming; fortunately there wasn't much traffic and I was able to swerve out into the street to avoid hitting her.

I'm not sure if they are, but they seem to be oblivious to traffic. I'm seeing alot of articles lately of old ladies in scooters all of a sudden ripping across 4 lanes of traffic like they own the road, and sue because they got run over... Maybe its the new "slip in pee at Micky Dee's"

The recent one I saw was a guy on a scooter hit an electric wheelchair with no lights, and they were trying to figure out what to charge the scooter driver with...
