This is a kit with a Grubee 4 g 100t t belt transmission / gearbox / gear refuction with 10t final drive cog
(additional 9t final drive cog for Grubee transmission included)
4g transmission comes with upgraded cover mounts.
Also, Sick Bike Parts 4 stroke shift kit.
The Grubee transmission is a 4G 1B or 4G 1C model but without a freewheel, both the 100t tbelt cog and the output cog are solid neither have a freewheel.
Generator from Bike Berry that fits the 49cc Huasheng 4 stroke honda clone motor & I believe it also fits the 53cc motor.
Also included is a battery box system I bought here on ebay that you can loop into the generator system so you can run lights continuously. Never used the generator or battery pack.
I have additional hardware that's not in the pictures that will ship with it, I just don't have pictures of it.
Sick Bike Parts 4 stroke shift kit with ACS 10 hole freewheel. On the bottom part of the mount for the shift kit, you can see in the pictures I added a flange with an adjustable tensioner on the drive side... for the bike build this kit was mounted to, I was not a fan of using the threaded rod to move the mount up & down in order to tension the jackshaft chain, that's why I added the drive side tensioner to the mount.
(The Shift kit was mounted to one of those Aluminum motorized bike frames with the built in gastank, Grubee still has them pictured on their site, so you have an idea what size frame the shift kit was ordered for... though it can be used on bike frames with several different frame tube thicknesses)
2 x N-GEAR Jump Stop chain guides, unused. Both are for 1 & 1/8th inch (28.6mm) frame tubes
The ACS 10 hole freewheel has 2 chainrings installed on it with a Staton freewheel adapter on it. The chainrings are 44t & 40t, which also have a bash guard installed on it
This comes with 4 extra/additional chainrings included - 44t, 40t, 36t, 30t. So, 6 total chainrings.
Jack shaft has the standard 17t cog on the transmission side, and a 12t cog on the drive side, that runs the chain from the jack shaft to the 1st chainring (the 12t cog is for size 410 wide chains/the standard 1/8" wide single speed chain... included with this kit is an additional 9t narrower cog that can be swapped with the one on the jack shaft... the 9t will fit a single speed narrow or wide chain for the chain from the jack shaft to the 1st chainring).
The 2 New aftermarket bash guards, also called chainring guards, work as excellent chain guides for the final drive side chain, and the chain that goes from the jackshaft to the 1st chainring. I believe the new chainring guards work for chainrings 44t and smaller, but refer to pictures for exact size chainrings the bash guards / chain ring guards will work with.

Additional 5 hole Dicta freewheel
Extra long chainring bolts / nuts & chainring bolt spacers(pictured, however I have to split them up between this kit and another kit I'm selling separately). There will be 5 extra long chainring bolt/nut. Also there will be atleast 10 spacers that are 0.5mm thick, 5 that are 5mm thick, and the rest are between 1mm to 2mm thick. These make it far easier to connect and space your chainrings on the freewheel.
Original New never used Sick Bike Parts square taper Crank arms with built in freewheel adapter.
Extra freewheel adapter that was ordered from Staton.
Staton upgraded clutch for 49cc Huasheng motor with their custom springs tuned especially for these motors.
