Gasbike warranty

I recently purchased a skyhawk 66 at gasbike.net, They claim to own King motor bikes and Sky Puppet. A Nationwide Access LLC. Problem is when I try to contact them concerning the warranty and I cannot get them on the phone, they will not return my phone calls and yet to answer a email. Anyone having the same problem? Any suggestions? I did notice that they have a F score on the BBB site maybe I should have looked there first.....

yeah I got a suggestion for you. not being a jerk just being honest. cut your losses. source whatever parts need replaced elsewhere. even if you get them on the phone, they wont honor any warranty.
