Just finished with my first build. Had a blast building and fabricating everything. This was also a great opportunity to learn how engines work.

Thanks guys! I wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of this forum. Is a great community I can't wait to be a part of.

Tanks again!

As long as you get the carburator above with the extended "Z" pipe (Sorry for lack of technical descriptions), things should be fine. Although I don't have anything to compare it to, it runs and rolls extremely smooth. I would definitely recommend the Mongoose.

I did have to remount the engine to allow for better spark plug clearance. In the second picture, the spark plug was so close to the frame it was arching and cutting the engine out. The first picture, on top of my car, is the final mounted position. Works much better overall. Better chain tension as well.

Hi there you could also just turned the head of the motor around 180 degree and the plug would be facing the front then.
