What are the hole sizes for the frame tubes? I could use them if they're the size I need

I will measure them and post up the sizes and hole spacing.

Clamp diameters are 1.656 with 2 inch mount spacing and 1.25 with 1.625 mount spacing

Too small for my frame... My bottom tube measures at 1.73 and the seat post tube is 1.37... Too bad because those look really nice and really well built, somebody's gonna get a good deal for sure.
