Fabricators in new hampshire

are there any fabricators up here in new hampshire? i'd like to sit down with someone and go over some ideas i've got for a snow bike build that i just don't have the where with all to put together myself... looking for someone who's got some real experience with these bikes and frames...
like i said, i've got some killer ideas, just looking to go over them with someone and iron out the details and such.

it happens... at this point i'm pretty much just waiting till i've got the cash flow to actually fund the project and i'm going forward with it...
