49cc 4 stroke. 250 miles on bike. Rode the other day. Came home turned it off and an hour later it wouldn't start. I pull the rope start and it makes a weird "reeeeerrrrr" noise and doesn't fire. Cleaned carb, changed spark plug. Never heard that noise before. What does it indicate?
