Engine ID help? Whizzer parts

Hi there.
Here is a link to my intro thread with photos of two engines I bought.

I was told through the smokestak forum that the flywheels and magnetos look to be whizzer. Any idea if this is true and what the actual engine is or what it would have been used for? Any idea on where to get parts etc? I want to build a Frankenstein cheep vintage looking bike. Thanks
 
I don't have a lot of info, sorry.
Motor would be a 95cc Chrysler two-stroke, yr 1965
Mohs sold out to Starlite. The engine hah been used in West Bend equipment.
Also Atchison Products, INC. Crystal Lake, Illinois made a motorized bike with this engine about the same time.
