elevation change questions

Soon I am planning to ride my MB on a mountain trail. Where I live the elevation is 330 ft above sea level. The trail head I plan to ride on is 1500 ft and I might ride up as far as 4000 ft above sea level. How is this going to affect my fuel ratio? I think it will make it richer the higher I go but I am not sure. Do you guys think that these elevation changes will make a big difference?
 
You may be a little rich when you get up that high, see how it runs, you may not have to change anything.
