Different carb jets for different altitudes. Which do you use?

So though my bike isn't completely broken in, I am thinking ahead on tuning when I do get to that point. As I have learned from the wonderful folks here every engine is different. Some people use a 65 some use a 72, etc etc.
I am probably going to by a set of jets from Pirate when the time come but don't know which range (50-60, 60-70) to get. And I know that I am not alone in this. So I though I would start a simple thread where you give you motor type, location, rough altitude, jet size (if you know it), and any other helpful tuning info for newer members such as myself who could really benefit from your experience.

For example:

Flying Horse 66/88cc
Las Vegas
2500 ft.
Stock NT jet size. Breaking in still running on leanest setting for carb still, it will probably change after I finish break in.

Thank you for your help!

On my 80 engines I break in with a 68, and usually end up with a 66 after breakin, with NT or Speed carbs.

The stock jet is about a 70 or 71, which is almost always too rich.

The needle position is usually next to leanest on a NT, and leanest on a Speed carb.
