Just went for a 20 mile ride stopped to get gas and as i was leaving stopped by the motor policeman for Dana Point and he asked "how hard was it to get your plate?" In the next breath "it is required. Did you use the bike vin.?" So riders in DP be aware.

Yeah ride around threre every so often havnt run into a bike coper yet but had plenty of squad cars stare me down. Got my plates tho so not trippen if they do pull me over. Did he say anything about having a motorcycle license?
 
The Motor did ask if I had a M1 or M2. Also he pointed out that I did not have a mirror. He told me that was all I needed. Told me that my turn signals, horn, brake light insurance were not necessary. He told me that I had the "most put together bike he has seen."

So what I got from our "talk" Have a Mirror, Plate and a "M" endorsement.
