Cylcemaster Questions

Hello everybody

I'm Felix from Switzerland and I'm currently working on a beautiful Cylcemaster. I have two questions that I need help with.

1 The inner disc (photo) with the slot has play. Why is it not made from one piece? Can I weld that?

2 Is there a chance to get new clutch linings or do I have to have them manufactured?

You are in for some fun. 60* year old anything is likely to be hard to find parts for. Search for Cyclemaster clubs.
Someone surely collects them and has surplus.
