Cost to weld SBP pipe?

I have no welding experience and don't have a friend who does it either, so I have to get it done at a shop. I need 2 pieces of the pipe welded together, as well as the pipe bent to fit my frame. Roughly how much should this cost from a shop (wanna make sure I don't get ripped off)
 
I'd pay no more than $50. About $20 would be what I'd ask if I were to do it, but I don't have shop overhead.
And no. I won't do it. Shipping is a pain.
