convert a 48cc to 66cc???

If i wanted to convert my 48cc BGF motor to a 66cc do I need to get both top and bottom(whole motor) or can I just get a top end rebuild kit and use the 48cc bottom end?

Thatsdax sells a top end rebuild kit(currently out of stock). If this is possible, where else can you get a top end kit?
 
The two motors share the same stroke and the 66cc is supposed to be a bored 49cc. Piston, barrel, new gaskets and drilling, tapping and installing SBP's M8 head studs. Using your 49cc head would be ok with the holes drilled out.

A replacement 66cc is $85 shipped. I think all the parts shipped would come close enough to that to warrent buying the replacement motor :p
