clutch promblems

I can't get my motor to start. It was working fine for awhile ,but its been hard to start when it cold. So i tryed to adjust the clutch but it still wont start. I can't get the clutch to grab the gear to turn the motor. Somebody people help
 
Loosen the cable stop and let the cable go just slack and see what you get. If it still slips, take the cover off, pull in the clutch and spray some brake cleaner in there to clean the plate and puck. Finally, remove the little screw that holds the star nut and turn it two notches clockwise.
