Both my 99cc Preddys weigh a tad less than 19 lbs with the muffler removed. The shipping weight includes the crate, some tools and the mount plate that I never have used.

why I stated shipping weight not the weight after we strip off the stock muffler and upgrade the carb and airfilter and ditch the stock puny gastank. remove all the sheet metal and install a lighter flywheel.. and...and ... lots more mods can be done
