Wow... now that took some talent getting the engine to fit in such a tight frame...
Yeah, that intake will work like that but I bet it really kills top end power, but if it's geared right and tuned for torque it can still make for a 30+ mph top speed. The intake runner length will give the engine more torque which could be used to its advantage with a 36 or maybe even a 32T rear sprocket. I would imagine with that pipe and that intake the engine would do good up to about 5k rpm so one would need to take advantage of the torque it can produce and not worry too much about top end power... just gear it higher and tune it for torque. Anyway, that skull air filter should help it go fast too....
