I think i've found a way to eliminate problems with the chain tenioner.I removed the the bike chain,then pulled the wheel back 'till the motor chain was tight.Tightened the axel bolts down.Then I had to add a link to the peddle chain,moved the tensioner to the right side and adjusted it to the peddle chain.now my drive chain stays tight and I shouldn't have any more trouble with the tensioner.And when the chain stretches a little all I have to is adjust the wheel back a little more.
