how many watts are the 66cc 2stroke engines and the 49cc one? sorry im confused i thought watts would be 4 electric bikes zpt

According to one vendor, their 66cc engine is rated thusly:

Rated Power:
1.5Kw @ 5000 rpm

Max. Power:
2Kw @ 6000 rpm

You can easily do a quick look-up of wat/wot/whut/what a Watt is. It measures heat quite well, too. But all that along with calculating efficiency is another story!

1 horsepower with a gasoline engine translates to roughly 745 watts. 1 Kilowatt translates to roughly 1 1/3 horsepower. If you need a quick converter, there's lots of them online. Hope this helps!

An easier question is this - what's the legal limit of horsepower with a maximum output equalling 2000 watts?

2000 watts = 2.68204418 hp (via Google)

There is no TRUE CC to HP conversion, at least with kit motors and custom built MxB.

Your bike depending on tuning could be 15cc to 1 hp, or it could be 30cc - 1 hp.

You need to get into a shop that has a dynamometer and hit peak rpm, that'll tell you how many watts.

thanks then im sure the cop would really have no idea then so screw him and the horse he road in on.
