hi im new to this and was wanting to know if these motors will produce a spark grounded to a aluminum frame its a gas motor i got from bicycletomopedkit.com and also does the motor have to auctally have to touch the frame because i have rubber mounts on both the front and rear mount. how do you check to see if your getting a spark since you have to be riding the thing for the motor to turn.thanks 1 more thing the sparkplug cap doesnt snap on the sparkplug like its supposed to it has a rubber boot that i think is to hold the cap on the sparkplug is this because thesparkplug cap isnt designed to snap on the sparkplug like a normal or did they send me the wrong one.someone please help i cant get the motor to start
