Best triple tree forks for Delmar

Hey guys. I'm wanting to get some new forks for my delmar. Tripple trees if possible. And I was also wondering what would be the right length, I'm kinda leaning towards 28 or 30 inch forks. Any hints or info would be helpful. Note I'm a mechanic and know how to work HT's and stuff but I'm a dunce with bicycles.

I also wouldn't mind having a set of springers. Any one have any info on the springer forks with canti mounts from Pirates?
