so i started with a best-bang-for-my-buck banana pipe with no header

after reading i figured out that it is ment for high rpm, and needs a distance of pipe between the head and the banana

so i picked up two of theese
http://www.harborfreight.com/18-inch-flexible-funnel-5934.html

and added a foot of flex pipe for the header and another length for a stinger.

before the bike used to be really loud, so i picked up a muffler for a briggs 5 horse. and fabbed up this beautiful shiny exhaust.

my bike starts better and has wayyyyyyyy more low end power then before

my next mod is a ram air intake, then ill drill my jets out again to accomidate the fuel.

thanks for looking!

What is the ID of that flex tubing?

Ram air intakes do not work on these low HP engines at the slow speeds
we ride at.
Your next best performance upgrade would be a reed valve,
a head with correct squish band and some porting.

i dont see why ram air wont work, reguardless of speed.

i giant scoop, why not?

the id is pretty small, like .75"

the manifold is drilled round, from the stock bannana pipe so its a very restrictive pipe, unlike the rectangle exhaust port on the motor, but the low end is where i wanted to put the power.

im not going to adjust the port timing and shave the motor down to nothing.
just "bolt-on" parts
i want this motor to last
this bike isnt really in the best shape, more for the look then anything.
