At first I thought my clutch was slipping, but now it seems like a engine problem

The 49cc 4-stroke engine is vibrating and revving very high while losing more and more power the faster you got. It's kinda like riding on a blender. I tried 2 diff gear boxes and 2 diff clutches, and cleaned everything about 12 times, now i'm stumped.

The fact that it's revving high leads me to believe that the problem lies with the gearbox or clutch. If I may ask, which gearbox(es) have you tried?
 
For the 4g, I always ask Terry from BlowbyYou. Just a thought. He is great with em. I have one but have not worked it much.
