Are whizzer engine kits still available?

Please excuse my ignorance...

I did a quick search and not finding a quick answer to my question...

I want to build a bicycle with a whizzer engine.

Are kits still available?
 
Yes...but they're sold as "cruzzer" now. Licensing problems I guess.....you can contact. Whizzerpaul on ebay.
 
I was wondering this too. Engine assembly not including kit.. almost $500.. OUCH! Just about everything engine related on that site is about double the price it should be.. I'm surprised a ready to run bike is only $2k.. guess people have to make money somehow.
