Adjustable clutch?

Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced adjustable 5/8" bore 10 or 11 tooth #35 chain centrifugal clutch?

I've looked but I don't know what the typical clutches engage at so I don't know what to bump the engagement point up to.

The Bully clutches are too expensive for what I want to do.
