A faux vintage headlight.

Glad to hear about your weather! This year has been pretty reliable about raining once a week, usually when I have to ride to work. Your pants sound truly awesome, I mourn your loss. Good luck on filling the shoes left by your pants.

No mas pantalonies... Sorry had to do it.

Thank you, kevyleven.

I wasn't quite satisfied with that headlight and I gave up on it. Soon, though, I'll make another one. Something just a bit smaller.

I've also got to figure out how to give the illusion of a mirrored, reflecting surface when looking directly at the light. I might not ever manage that. But I'll settle for flat white.

Blue,
Have you considered using aluminum foil, shiny side out, as a reflector? I've used it in hot rod tail lights when I built the buckets to give more reflectivity. (is that a word?)

It's ugly lol. But your reusing (3R's). I'd of used a small metal espresso can.what kind of lights are those? Looks like the lights are too far back. Are you just trying to keep the lights dry? And what's up with all the tarp?
