66cc Black Motor Kit

Ok im pretty much done looking and getting turned down. I need to order a black motor kit for my bike but the only problem is I live in the country of CALIFORNIA and I cant get one no matter how hard I try. I had people offer to send me one but want to mark it up and I dont think its worth it, I dont know if they would be selling me there leftovers or what. I want to hopefully start working on it this weekend but im not too sure thats going to happen either. So let me know what ideas you got for me.

buy one from Venice. if he doesn't have black, paint it with hi temp engine enamel. every black motor i've seen gets all scratched up and looks lousy after awhile, anyway, so you could probably do just as good a job as the factory does.
