48cc four stroke blip problem

So I bought a 48cc four stroke engine kit and kit ran great but I wanted to use the nt carb because I had one laying around to see what it would do, and it did awesome on bottom end. But my problem here is that the engine bugs out and dies on quick throttle blip. Idk that it could be because I went from normal stock jet, witch I think is a .70, to a .60 and it still has the issue. Help is much appreciated.
