4 stroke will not start after shut off

Im about ready to give up on these bikes all together. I had put an intake manifold and 2 stroke carb on my 4 stroke. It ran fine for days then yesterday I was riding and came to a stop and shut the motor off with the kill switch. The bike has not started since. I checked the plug and it was wet. Its got compression. Its getting air. It has air, fuel and spark and I switched it back to the original carb and still it refuses to start no matter what. I dont know what to do and I cant figure this out
 
The connectors from the factory are crap.. I had to re-crimp 2 of the wires. One had 1 strand of copper which resulted in the same problem as you but on a 49cc stroke
