zptany one know where to get a 12 volt mag for the 80cc motors??? I want to add a stereo to my bike and use a scooter battery for the radio any suggestions???

no it runs off the white wire which is a separate coil on the stator not the ignition side
 
I think you will find...
Some say it's best to remove the white wire.
I've been told that the separate charging coils, will also weaken the spark.
