1 quart keg style gas tank

$66 plus shipping for a quart sized jug? Get an aluminum water bottle for a tenth of that price. Of course, you don't get the "coolness" factor that way.
 
Nor molded in threaded inserts or a check valve in the vent.

This is not for a bike, it is for a mini-bike project I'm working on. Off road stuff. Having a dependable vent that won't leak is a big plus.
 
Other members have successfully made their own tanks out of aluminum water bottles, check valves and all, for a lot less than $66. All it takes is a little motivation and research.
 
This thing is the real deal. Very well made.

Petcock in nipple fitting, flows well. I tested the suck, no problem with the venting. I blew into it and pressurized the tank, no backflow problems. The molded in inserts are huge. No need for kluge mounting.

NHRA baby! You don't want gas leaking and dripping on your red hot headers eh?

Yeah, it's worth $66 - :)
