whizzer on 27 road wheel

Hello I was wandering can a 26 inch wheel sleeve kit fit on my 27 inch road bike rim? Do not have the spoke size on hand could be a 32 spoke system cause the spokes are pretty gapped apart. Need to know before Monday, having it sent to my job as soon as I get my answer.
