Idea for Weed Eater bike without clutch

So I was thinking of ways I could stop my bike without a clutch or one of those awkward suicide under the seat lift the motor up bars and came up with the attached photo.

My only issue with the idea is the fuel that is still sent thru the now jake-brake motor catching fire in the muffler on restart this isn't a huge issue but I was wondering if I would be doing any damage?

I don't understand how this would work as a clutch. Your motor will still die, and the roller will still be pushing down on the wheel.

Well as soon as you pull the brake the motor dies, so its not a clutch its more of a Jake-brake. It's extremely easy to install all you need is some wire and a switch.
