this is my GT-1, Skyhawk GT2B 48cc, 200watt

Upgraded brakes, guards, throttle, dent in the Tank cap to stop resonance, which was louder than the bike.poo poo pipe.44t rear sprocket.
Turned handle bars upside down.

Can be seen: on the bike paths in Canberra, getting strange looks from the uneducated.

edit: Spring Tensioner for idle gear.

I cant kick start it anymore on the stand.

Need to ride it about 20meters until it starts. 2 Primer pumps, half choke. So a little harder to start than the stock pipe.

I bit more torque, less noise. Had to bend it to fit.

Replaced disc caliper with Shimano unit + added Shimano v-brake on the front&back.

nope. In saying that, the mb has been off the road for the last few months. Pending some upgrades. IGH and Jackshaft.

I dont go looking for trouble. wear a helmet and respect other shared path and road users.

I also limit myself to about 30 - 35kph, to keep the potential of the 200watt limit there. i dont think you can argue that a motor in only 200watts, when your doing 50kph+, without pedaling.

thanks guys.

the filler neck, will be lowered once mounted.

the tank will sit on a slight angle, sitting in a wooden cradle, which will sit on a bike rack.

the bike itself, is getting tig welded at the moment.
