the ubolt setup for affixing, Used 4 of these bad boys for each of the battery boxes. I thought I was going to need more but they seem to be as sturdy

Battery attached, Drilled some holes, mounted some batteries,
old rack and bungie "Hope/gravity" system. needless to say the railroad tracks next to my house alone bent the heck out of the arms that the battarie
Rear shot, Batteries now festooned onto the new second seat, That should do it!
