I truly use this bike to exercise and when I'm tired I cruise around at 20 mph. It has a 5 to 1 gearing with a 48 tooth rear sprocket. Got the kit 9-30-14, completed it 10-15-14 and got 20 hrs and 224 mile on it before the polar vortex hit two weeks ago.
