I've been looking around trying to find a good HP carb to install on my 49cc. Does anyone have any suggestions on this matter?? thank you very much in advance

I wouldn't say extremely large but definitely noticeable in midrange and top end. You can fine tune it way more than you can a stock ht carb.
I think your going to have a **** of a time trying to clamp that carburetor to the intake.

Looks to me as if the carb fits inside the intake, the intake is made of rubber, and is meant to clamp down on top of the carb (like inside-out of what we've got).
Might have to cut some slots in the part of the carb that clamps around the intake to make it crush. And with this system, there's no guarantee that they made the inside of that crush fitting on the carburetor right to begin with, since it doesn't need to crush anything. Might be off enough to make the whole thing not fit together. If you screw up trying to dremmel it out your gonna have a heck of an air leak.
If you're gonna spend $50 on a carb, save your money & get something more like this:

That HK carb will probably set up for a 4 stroke, my 19mm clone was.
A 2 stroke emulsion tube or modding the existing one is required.
It will also need a smaller main and pilot and a rubber adapter for the manifold.
If you slide it on the HT manifold the choke circuit gets blocked off.
They are not easy to tune and make the bike thirsty.
But when set up the performance is good.

Talking about High performance carbs,
Anyone knows what is the limit of mm in this carbs to this motors? In some yamaha dt 50, some guys use mikuni 24mm, or 21mm, this type of lenght will be ok for this motors, or will be too large?

The problem with big bore carbs (over 16mm) is slow air speed though the venturi making for poor atomization of the fuel at lower RPM, This makes them hard to tune and gives poor fuel economy. They do work well at the redline at the expense of fuel consumption.
I can get over 80 miles range with the stock carb, it drops to nearly half of that with the 19mm Dellorto PHBG clone, depending on riding style. This is with a properly tuned carb, shaved head, port matched manifolds and opened up stock pipe, 66cc at sea level.
A 16mm throat size is the sweet spot for a stock 66cc
A 14mm would suit a stock 50cc
When selecting a carb make sure it is setup for a 2 stroke.
There are differences in the emulsion tube and slide cutaway.
A 16mm Dellorto SHA is a good choice for ease of setup or get the bigger PHBG if you have the time, tools and skills to set it up.
Run it lean once or twice and you will cook the engine.
The dellorto SHBC looks interesting, It looks like an updated SHA, anybody tried one?

The only thing that really makes a carb HP is the port size & amount you can adjust it, and the ability to add a decent air filter.

I'm sure you've all seen them before, but spookytooth has a great write-up about it. Says it has the air/fuel adjustment screw, and it's only $50 and comes with a filter. Not to mention you'll know it goes on the bike because... it's built for it.

But, i have a problem..
The shipping cost of that CNS carb, to Portugal...is a lot expensive..
Someone here tried dellorto 19mm or so? I heard that dellorto are a little difficult to tune..

My old Dellorto 14.12 that came with my Tomos didn't have a way to tune it, not even a c-clip or anything. Just have to get a whole range of jets to go with it, or try and drill/solder them yourself.
Of course, those are the cheap-o carbs. The nicer ones have an adjustment screw.
I just put a Dellorto PHBG 19 on my russian engine with reed intake. At first I noticed that the motor starts better and throttle response is quicker although my new manifold is a bit longer. Performs well, I have had no time to get to the fine tuning but it runs fine atm. It also sorted the fuel flow issues, with mikuni at full throttle the mixture was ok for few seconds then got lean no matter what jet or float level I used, now its stable. 
I'd say go for PHBG.

I use a 18mm Mikuni myself. They are one of the easiest carbs to tune and parts are available everywhere. Get a straight intake from Pirate and port the hole bigger for the bigger Mikuni. The stock throttle cable works. All's you have to do is make a little adapter for the carb to mount to the intake manifold. I will tell you the jet sizes you need. Mikuni's are a tuner's carb.
