Will this frame be big enough?

Hi all, Looking to start ordering parts, but concerned about if the frame Im planning to use will be large enough, planning on using a 66/80cc motor.
Thoughts?

I have a Mongoose Hitch, but it is not motorized. I bought it to ride in the sand and it works well there. Its not much fun on the road or hard pack because it is quite heavy.
-I would look for a bike with 26x2 tires to motorize; beach cruiser or mountain bike.
-A standard HT China Girl or HS four stroke kit will not fit with the 4 inch back tire.
The fat back tire requires you to mount the engine offset to the left, so the engine chain will not interfere with the fat back tire. You could look at some motorized OCC Stingrays to see how they did it.
-I would steer clear of the fat bikes with 4 inch wide tires unless you need to ride a lot in snow or sand.
