nope after further conversation with Lynn, as far as she knows, she does not have any conversion headsets that will work on my bike. she suggested to purchase different sizes and try it out.

here is something interesting, my schwinn riverside had 1 pc pedal crankset

"The thing to note is that there are several different 1 inch headsets. The one you need is probably the BMX/OPC assuming that the bike you are using has a one piece crank set? If you bike has a 3-piece crankset you would need the 1" ISO headset."

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Wilton-11x15-Sheet-Cake-Pan/10542183?action=product_interest&action_type=title&placement_id=irs_middle&strategy=PWVUB&visitor_id=51660467821&category=0%3A4044%3A623679%3A133020%3A420080&client_guid=0234feb0-44ce-4040-a1af-5a8967ebecc6&config_id=0&parent_item_id=10542190&guid=19b8a0bd-a325-431b-857b-e66e5d15f069&bucket_id=000&findingMethod=p13n

i wondered if i could build solo seat out of it or better yet gas tank

would add caswell epoxy liner inside of it

did anyone try this before?

That is a very hard trade to learn but if mastered a good one to know. The guy in the video has been doing it for 40 years or more and makes it look easy.

Any custom tank takes time. Let us know how it works out.

If you want a good mapp torch, try the Bernzomatic JTH7. It is about a 4 ft hose, so the torch head is separate from the tank. It has a swirl head and truly creates a pretty hot flame. I have fillet brazed many bike frames together using just this one torch.

For flux, I use 20 Mule Team borax detergent powder mixed with water to make a paste. Yes you read correctly.

I got mine at Lowes but that was many years ago. Not sure what it is about this particular nozzle design but it does work for brazing fairly well. I've even heated up lugged bottom bracket assys and pulled out the chainstay tubes. Gotta get pretty hot and a LOT of heat to do that.

Finished removing governor and hanger rod, such a strange setup

1st removed flywheel and magneto
2nd removed the pin out of the hole and installed 1/4 - 20 x 0.5" bolt and red lock t.
3rd oppend the side of the block
4th pulled plastic governor and shim out

5th cut the hanger rod and removed it, the shim was attached to it. strange!!!! i thought the shim should be loose, i hope there was no third part besides shim and rod
- if anyone knows please confirm i don't want to start engine and get killed

6th threaded the hanger rods hole and installed the 3/8 bolt 1" long

7th closed the block and re-installed the flywheel & cup

Now I wonder is it only my engine that does not have any oil shut off inside of it or it is on all 79cc engines

the engine is soooo small, i think i made mistake by purchasing 79cc i should have gone with 212cc, dang it. side by side the 79cc vs 212cc not much difference in size. the only thing 212cc has is that plastic gear inside while 79cc has everything metal
