No power or speed.

I have a brand new X-Treme XG-575DS and it has no speed or power. I understand that there is a way to adjust the magneto &flywheel so that it runs better. If this is true can someone tell me how to do this. The motor is on a two wheel scooters. Thank you. Dlouk25

No the choke is not on. Is there a way to get better performance out of this 575?? I'm about to send it back to where it came from!! NOTNOT JOKING.
