Hello, this is my first time building a motorized bike, and upon attempting to start the engine for the first time it won't turn over. I have replaced the cdi, magneto coil, and spark plug. I have also checked the carburetor and it has clean fuel in the bowl. I am getting spark and compression as well as fuel in the cylinder. But when I pull the clutch out, turn the choke on, and pedal downhill I get engine noises and afterwards the engine seems kinda warm, but it just slows to a stop every time. Also I i am aware that this is flooding the engine and I am drying it out every three or so attempts. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If it's flooding, it's probably the carb. Check to make sure it's put together correctly, put the needle clip on the leanest setting. Also, you could try removing the air filter and then attempt another start.

Don't put the choke completely on!!!! (It'll never start like that).
In most cases, you don't need the choke for it to start, but if you do use the choke, only raise the lever about 2/3 of the way.
