In 5th & 6th gear there is a bucking osselation and that ‘Raao’ sound (about 1X second).
SB Shift kit + Grubbee 80.
A minor change in shim (between engine & shift kit) can affect the tension of the clutch sprocket to jack plate sprocket chain.... It seems to go from tight to normal in one revolution.
I loosened the chain between clutch and shift kit sprockets so its not so banjo-string tight when it tightens. Perhaps it will help reduce the 'Raao Raao' sound and the bucking a bit.
Am I dealing with a bent shaft or out of round sprocket?
If so how to find out which shaft or sprocket?
Thoughts?
