8.6 hours on the 10G Fito and no issues other then Fito's 7-speed derailleur.
The jump-stop has be just right when shifting into first under power or the chain with jump off the inner sprocket to the inside.

TIP: After you assemble you freewheel sprocket assembly, grind the extra bolt shaft on the 5 bolts inside down to the nuts, it makes it easier to get a jumped chain out.

My parts are still on the water but Don has a couple of long shafts extra and air shipping me two so I can play with base design more on different sized frames.

In the mean time I have another 2-stroke chrome Fito to build with the back 7-speed disc hub replaced with an SA 3-speed disc hub to eliminate all the derailleur BS.
It's not that bad, it works with proper shifting, but an internal is mindless easy and no mechanical issues like chain size and alignment.

Not sure what would be a good big cavity bike to put the other in, I am thinking some kind of stretch to see what is practical to allow the base to stretch to.

Any thoughts?

! ME ME ME ! My bike is ALMOST ready to go! Same demensions as a Felt aluminum frame.
Nifty body work ;-}

That looks long enough for me to make the base length adjustments reach at least that far.

You are local and have a deposit down for a 10G KCK long shaft anyway so sure, I'll put one of the two 100G long shafts flying over the cargo ship with my main order on your bike.

Get with me in e-mail to talk more bud.

Looking good KC.

KC do you know if anyone makes a cruiser with a Chromoly frame, Or any suppliers of frames that make them with chromo?

I've tried googling it with no success. I'm trying to avoid aluminum because if it's rigidity, and potential to crack under load and vibration.

!!! YEA !!! KC got his website working again! dance1 Maybe we'll git some news now ( runs to pop popcorn ) He's been distracted by the server problem for WAY too long. Though; I cant really see working on my bikes in a 107 deg garage. Summers always a bit slow round here.

I have the final tools and parts here to make, package and ship my KC's Kruisers 10G shifting system here now.

The store is finally up, http://KCsParts.com

The 10G can't be bought yet, but it should be ready by Labor Day, which is fitting considering how long I have labored on this project.

I litterly was just sending an email to SBP for questions on the shift kit as I had decided you were dead or something... With no post since the start of May. SOOOoooo Whats the real difference between the 4 G and 10G besides the number of "G's" :) Im really interested in the 53cc and would rather do your system than the SBP kit.

Bummer bud!
It doesn't look too bad though, not like what my son did to his truck last week.
He ignored the 'over temp' light and drove it until he completely destroyed the engine.
