Hi Guys
I put the new video on you tube under 4 stroke felt new seat and running.
Azbill can you please make another link. The bike has a new seat and I made a custom seat post out of a car leaf spring. Because I couldnt ajust the new spring seat I couldnt tilt it forward enough. And got A Manic 62 tooth sprocket
It sure wakes this Q Matic up.......it will easly go 40mph now I am sure when motor is fully broken in it should do a little better..I will do a moving video next.its going to be tricky riddding at 40 one handed hope I dont hit any pot holes ..we have had some wicked bad rains here the streets are a mess..

Got mine smoking yesterday out on the front porch. With the rainfall which seems to be hanging on forever...am hoping to get it from the 3rd floor to the ground tomorrow late in the AM. If it rains tomorrow...it will be the next clear day I have.

Since this engine had been sitting in the garage and the apartment for the past year...was unsure if we'd be able to get it started without any major problems. Other than putting some fuel stabilizer in tank to clean out the junk from sitting a year...started right up and would've run off the roof...if no one had been making sure it wouldn't go anywhere. ;)

If I can get my roommate to get some still & video with his Android phone...will be putting the stills here with the video on You Tube.

fubar,,,you beat me to it !!!
thanks :)
I had to see it after the other day! Loved what he did with the spring on the seat.

Just ordered a locking gas cap for mine from Discount Scooters Parts for $23 with shipping. Figured it was cheaper than buying a new engine...especially since I work as a sub and want to ride to work when the weather gets warmer.

No problem at all. Just opened up the webpage in another tab...copied that address in the address bar at the top of the browser and pasted it here in the message.

Yes... One hand - "wouldn't want to be the spandex crew" as you pass them by. Your bike sounds really smooth no jangling noises at all very nice.

Thanks Quenton and Terry
I appreiate the links you guys are the best .I spoke with jim at sick bikes
so maybe if dimensions of bike are right meaning felt frame they are longer in engine area and distance between seat post and rear tire also has more room
I am keeping my fingers crossed..I know the bike is already pretty fast and from
what Quenton says .He said the motors start to come alive after about 250 miles I only have about 80 miles on it so far .I just figured that with 7 speeds
I can hit top speed faster and the motor wont have to work so hard..

Very nice ride...seeing it hit 45!!! Not sure if duct taping/zip-tying the camera to your arm or helmet would allow you to have both hands. If you had a buddy ride in a car might be another option.

Here's the link for it:

Hey Phoo
It did hit 45 but the accuracy of these speedos I am not sure. I do need somebody to chase me with a car...I wonder how far off these speedos are?
Flex

You were running at a pretty good clip...so I would say it was running close to that speed. If it were me...I would get someone with a newer car...get on an empty road and have them pace you to find out how close that speedo actually is.

Was impressive no matter how close you may have been. The only thing which would drive me crazy at that speed was looking out for your friendly neighborhood police officer pulling you over for speeding. As soon as it warms up & we change the oil from what was in there from last year...will be heading outside the city limits to see what I can do. The only thing is that I don't have a video camera...but do have an Olympus digital still camera which might do video.
