Your throttles are a great deal.

What is the difference between the 4 stroke throttle and the 2 stroke one?

Why does the 4 stroke throttle have a nylon sleeve where as the 2 stroke
has a metal sleeve?

I would think that the cable would be the only difference?

The throttle body is a little smaller which is nice and the throttle sleeve as you noticed is nylon. This new nylon sleeve offers less resistance against the handle bar for smoother operation and has two locations for the throttle cable and in the long run will allow us to offer one throttle assembly for the 4 stroke and 2 stroke NT and CNS carbs.
