Dropped one of those tiny clips for the piston into the crankcase. Thought it was no big deal but I ran it and now the piston is stuck in the cylinder cuz that clip is lodged in between them. Won't come out. F me. Tf do I do?

You'll have to replace the top end, piston, cylinder and rings. Use a wood block to drive the piston down and to tap the cylinder off. Be sure to remove the engine and wash out the debris from the crankcase.

What's the best way to wash it?

I would use fuel mix, I've used a old tee shirt streached over a 5gallon bucket to pour the debris on, that way you can see what comes out of the engine. Let it air dry open for a while after and it will dry out.
