I've been thinking about buying another kit and making a printed teardown/rebuild manual, in the vein of Haynes/Chiltons for automobiles. I have a Nikon D40 camera, so I can get very good pictures.

That would be very good. A PDF or Word file with pictures and steps of how to rebuild and engine/adjust it all properly while doing it would be great!

While I wouldn't buy one, I would however donate a few dollars.
